Do I really have to install the whole hitch at the dealer so I can have a reciever to install a bike rack ? Is there any other options ?

Roof rack if you have rails.

you can install a hitch on your own.. its pretty simple and Amazon sells the Curt Class 3 hitch for about $125 shipped..

Worse case, give your local mechanic $50 and he can do it.. Still much cheaper than going to Porsche...

If you're not going to use it as a hitch for a trailer then you wouldn't need to have all the wiring added. Granted, the next owner would probably resent the half-done installation if they were buying for trailering purposes. But for just carrying bikes you wouldn't need the electrical part of the setup.
