Lovely surprise today. My wheel no longer tilts, only telescopes. 2011 CS, 38k miles

It does make a slight noise for a second but does not move.

Are there any reset procedures I could try before concluding it's a bad motor?

Anyone know what the replacement part would be?

 

This fixed itself.

Not 100% sure if this was the fix, but I turned the memory seat off, and then back on again and it worked. So if anyone else has this issue, try that.

 

I have exactly the same problem.

Did you you just press "off" on the seat memory by the handle? Didn't do anything for me.... :/
