I am trying to figure out how to enable my Dash Compass with my new android CarPlay head unit. The dash clock I have works fine, but when I install the dash compass it does not read the data correctly and shows zeros.

I read that the data is transferred to the compass via CAN so I was thinking it would be possible to enable somehow.
