2014 Cayenne Turbo S failure

Picked up my new 2014 CTS yesterday and driving down to Carlsbad all hell broke loose. At about 120 miles after pick up from the dealer, the PWS and ACC disabled warning message came on. The CEL came on briefly and then went away. After another five miles or so with the PWS and ACC warning message staying on the CEL warning appeared and the car lost power and felt like it was misfiring. No popping or any loud noises. Not wanting to stop I drove the car another 30 miles to my home.

It took two tries to start it this morning and after starting it sputtered and the CEL, PWS and ACC warning lights appeared. I turned it off and noted that the garage smelled like unburned fuel. The car has 180 miles on it.

Anyone else experience this or have any idea as to what it may be? The car ran flawlessly with plenty of power the first 120 miles.

no idea, but good thing for new car warranty. call Porsche roadside and have them tow it back to the dealer to fix.

It can be something small like battery or spark plugs or something worse . When my spark was at the end of their life , after pushing the car they triggered , cel , differential , psm failure .

High pressure fuel pump was replaced - same problem. It was traced to a faulty fuel injector, which was replaced and the dealer reports the car is running fine. I haven't picked it up yet to verify.

My dad's 2011 CTT is having the same issues but Walter's Porsche just can't figure it out.

Which dealership did you go to?

Glad they took care of you. Did they tell you anything about what was wrong with it? Just curious.
