Vibration but not from the wheels

Iv had a vibration for a while. I assumed it might come from the wheels in the back, but i change the wheels yesterday and the vibration is thill there. It seem like it comes and goes if that make sense. Reason i doubth its the wheels is that the guy balancing them said they all where nice and straight and needed werry little weights.

What iv been seing is that there is a bearing for the axle under the car somewhere thats a weak point... Culd it be this bearing maby thats giving the vibration now and then?

Check the usual suspects.
Front and rear bushings bearing and balljoints.

Funny enough my vibration at hwy speeds
115-135 km/h ended up beaing the front rotors. So check those as well.

If it's vibration during hard acceleration, check the cardan shaft and support.

And perhaps let us know the YEAR/Model of your Cayenne. The Cardan shaft issue is the 955/957 series, it hasn't seemed to hit the 958 series (yet?)

Its a 955 2004mod turbo. Its not under hard acceleration. Its a bit difficult because on our trip today i culdent realy feel anything...Might be that its 22" wheels and the bumps is felt more... i will have to go over all the bushings and joints just to make shure. Its been serviced and alot have been changed last 20k on it. Its now 138tkm and most main things seem to be serviced and changed. Rotors as well... Two bearnings on the same side has been changed. The waterpipes thats a known problem is new, coils, injectors and so on, so im glad previous owner did most of the "hard work". But im shure there is more to come :-)

Some new data.

I notised the other day as i had to turn on a narrow road backing back and forth to turn around, that there was a noise, "clack" sound as i put it in revers and gave gass. Also driving slow it feels like there is a slack in the joints in the back somewhere. Is there a conncetion like on BMWs "hardy" something..Dont remember the english name on the part. Seem to be a connection between this "slack" and the wibration?!

Any idea whats common to get worn that wold give these sympthoms? 138tkm
