2004 Cayenne Turbo sale?

To sell? Or not to sell?

I'm thinkn of selling my 04 cayenne turbo. I need a little extra space.

Thoughts on a fair price?

77000 miles. Silver with gray leather.
Heated front and rear seats. Navigating. Tinted windows. Tow hitch. Great maintenance.

I have it listed for $27500. Fair?

Here is another listing - http://globalautosports.com/car/2004...SUV-38810.html

Honestly, I think these two are having a hard time selling because of the color. We would love to have a silver/gray on our website if you are interested in selling.

It seems I am slightly high on my price. I checked out kbb and some other sites. Plugged in options miles and condition. Seems a more fair price is $26,000.

I've been looking for 04-05 turbo for my lady friend. Mileage is key for me! Looking for well under 50,000 miles and really under 35,000. Was about to post a question and saw this thread. Edmunds and KBB has 05's with 25-30,000 miles at $30k for retail $28 for private party, and $26k trade in. 2004's are about $2000+ less for each category! Why the discrepancy in price versus what people are asking!?!? I am a 911TT owner so not unfamiliar with the pcar world.
