Hi guys,

Picking up a 2008 CTT tomorrow, and looking to get rid of the factory white painted wheels. Not my style and they're peeling in quite a few spots.

It appears that they are clear coated under the white (like a normal wheel) paint and may just 'come off'. Actually, this is probably why they're peeling -- doesn't look well thought out by Porsche.

Can anyone recommend something like a paint thinner that wouldn't eat away at the clear coat under it? Maybe just a plastic brush and elbow grease?
