Any vendors that have steel wheels for the Cayenne? I would like to add a full sized spare tire and carry it on an external tire carrier.

Why are you looking for a steel wheel for the spare? If you wanted a full-size spare, you should probably pick up another wheel to match the current ones. Are you still on factory wheels or something aftermarket?

I would try to find one from ebay or a junk yard if you looking for the most inexpensive way. Happy hunting

As ECS was saying, might want to see about getting one of a wrecked car for the cheapest solution. Otherwise maybe cheap aftermarket wheels?

You can find a clean porsche wheel at a junkyard for sure. Check craigslist
