As the thread implies, this is meant to be a fun thread showing the off-road and traction capabilities of the Cayenne platform. Since many Cayenne owners will not subject their pepper to such outright abuse/stress (rightfully so), I will post up examples of the Touareg since it is built on the same platform and shares the same basic suspension and off-road bits, sans any small tweaks and software coding.

Clearly the Cayenne has a reputation on the road, but often induces chuckling from the uninformed when you imply any use off pavement. Considering that this is the same base, you can use empirical evidence to suggest that the Cayenne would be just as good, if not better, with more available TQ on hand.

I understand the temptation, but please try to refrain from arguments about the pointlessness of tugwars. They are pointless in the "who truck is more badazz" sense, however, they do show the capability of the traction control system, AWD, and low range gearing.
