like title says I'm thinking of getting a Cayenne for my mom tomorrow, but I'm switching from the stock 19" to the 21" not sure on what model Turbo II or sport edition.. what you guys think also does it affect on the alignment dealer has the truck with the 19" option so I'm trading those for the 21"

changing wheels will not change alignment specs. if the car was properly aligned before hand it will remain the same. changing ride height will change alignment specs

 

Alignment should be fine.

If there is some treble in the steering wheel, most likely a balance issue then anything.
