It doesn't have that many options but it is a CPO.

I'd be more worried about the mileage. After 40 - 50K miles, things start to go wrong. If you're not under warranty, it can get expensive real quick. Better to get a low mileage non-turbo version for the same price in my opinion. But, more horsepower for that price is enticing!
Mileage is very high and no warranty on a car that should still have a year based on a 2011. But that's why the price is what it is. So if you want it negotiate the hell out of it and put put away some reserves for things that will start to go on you with that kind of mileage.

So, assuming the CPO was performed outside of the 50k warranty, he would receive a two year, 50k warranty.

What is this "things start to go wrong at that mileage" stuff. Give concrete reasons not some generalized negative comments, These are very reliable vehicles with only a few well documented issues. If you mean routine maintenance issues then keep buying new and avoid. Otherwise dont discount the value of this vehicle. Anyways if you read the post it stated CPO so your concerns are not an issue and your post is meaningless

The price seems high for what you are getting. It took me a good month to find my 2011 Cayenne Turbo which I got two weeks ago. My car cost a little more than what is posted here, but was at 33k miles, keyless entry, Burmester, CPO, four zone AC, moon roof, car wrap, 21" 911 wheels, brand new brake pads (not the 8k version), and Perellis.
Seems a little pricey for what is being offered. I would negotiate it down lower if you could. Just say you are talking to multiple dealerships in the area and out of state which usually helps them lower the price.
Some great websites to look at are Truecar.com Cargurus.com Kbb.com and Cars.com They all give estimates and sometimes Truecar.com can give you the best one.
Looks exactly like mine inside and out.
Good luck on your future purchase.
