metal scraping sound per tyre rotation

Hi i have been hearing metal scraping sound per rotation(notable at slow speed w windows down) from my 2009 cayenne S 4.8l. i just changed the brake pads and discs and i wonder if there is an error during the installation process or will it disappear w time?(probably because the pads and discs are not changed at the same time) help will be appreciated!

dust shield probably got bent forward, get a long flat head or pry bar and bend/push the dust shield inwards. if the shields not bent forward it could be a rock or object stuck in the there, but most likely it sounds like a bent shield.
