Rear Map Lights to LED

I changed out all my interior bulbs to white canbus LEDs & I am very happy with the look, but couldn't figure out how to get the cover off the rear map lights (the ones over the rear doors).
I got the light assembly out, but it looks like the circuit board snaps into the cover on all 4 sides is is a different design than all the other housings where you just pry up the 4 corners & remove the metal shield.
Anyone successful at getting these bulbs out & if so how did you do it without breaking the cover?
Thanks

Thanks!
I was just a bit nervous I guess to pry on it too much, as they are really tight & being plastic was afraid to crack them.
But they are pretty strong & flexible.
