Dealer (socal) that will CPO my cayenne?

I am looking for a dealer that would CPO my cayenne.
I intend to buy a used cayenne, still under warranty for a private party or non porsche dealer, and would like to have Porsche CPO the car so I get the 6yr/100k miles warranty.
From reading old threads it seem to cost the dealer $2k plus whatever they will charge me
Has anyone had any socal dealer willing to do that?

My dealer in nor cal was willing to do it on a 997.2tts I was selling. Inspection was $300 cpo $3500 and if they found any issues I had to fix it before cpoing.

If you are trying to get it done call around and ask for the used car manager.

How did you get around paying the sales tax from buying it back from the dealer? Went to several dealers and in order to get the car CPO'd, they needed to "run it through their books", and you had to pay the sales tax from technically buying back from them. Best quote I got was around 8k. 3,500 for the CPO, and 4,500 for the additional sales tax. Not one Porsche dealer would just CPO the car for only 3500. You had to pay the additional sales tax.

i think you misunderstood my post. i was selling the car and the buyer wanted it CPO so we would be buying it from the dealer and paying them everything directly such as sales tax...

its not feasible to do it on a car you already own since you will be paying sales tax twice
