Bose Option PU6 vs 9VL

Looking at a few 2012 Cayennes, some have the Bose PU6 some the PU6 + 9VL
9VL is listed as a Bose 585W sound system
PU6 is listed as a Bose sound system

are they the same?

Does the 9VL comes automatically with the PU6 package?

Both Surround with subwoofer(s)?
