Thinking of buying a 2004 V6 Base Cayeene 103k $6600

am interested in joining the Cayenne family!

I found a 2004 v6 Cayenne with 109k miles.
I am including the listing in this post. The carfax is attached as a PDF.

THe posting has minimal info.
I understand the 2005 3.6 does not have air suspension which i believe is a good thing. What do you all think of the price point of $6600. I am trying to see if he will go 5800 or 5900. What is fair to pay?

Anything I should be on the look out for?

I understand V8's are preferred but this is for my wife who just needs it to get in and out of the snow.

Is there a suitable replacement for the radio for a headunit that i can add a back up cam?

How much are oil changes on the 3.6?

Not much on the maintance records..
Thank you all!

So I went to see the Cayenne. It's in good shape. However I notice a weird noise on idle. It almost sounds like garbled air, if that makes any sense, that is coming from the front left side of the engine. This is a V-6. I am going to put a link to the YouTube video so you can have a better hear of it. Also, I noticed it was an! On the dashboard, I asked the guy about it and he said that it was for the brakes. But I didn't know that there was an information center that will give me more information. From what I understand these V-6 engines are supposed to be very solid. The car has 109,000 miles on it. Would anyone take a listen and taking a guess? For what it's worth, the car drove really well .https://youtu.be/Jzm_R7SwCrw

That seems like a pretty good price but that noise is kind of worrying. Ask if you can take to to a dealer or an independent shop to get it checked real quick. A good mechanic might be able to tell you what the noise is. As for the warning on the dash there is an iformation center if the v6's have it. If it does it is controlled from the wiper stalk on the right side of the column. Use the up and down buttons on the end and select with the button on the bottom.
