im assuming they fit...20x9 et60

They fit, but mixing anything Audi with my Porsche is not my style.

German 5 spoke star design IMO is fine looking especially if you can fit Porsche center caps. Ebay has a few sharp takeoffs and powder coated wheelsets available as well.

May want to double check correct hub bore dimension?

They are compatible. The only concern is the center caps.

IIRC the earlier generation Q7 shared the Porsche Cayenne 5x130 bolt pattern and 71.6mm hub bore, but in recent years that had changed? Cannot tell what generation wheel that is.

I'd be interested to see them on the car! I'm looking for wheels since I have a shimmy at 80mph that I can't shake.
