To extended warranty or to trade in?

Hello everyone, I have a 2012 Cayenne Turbo that will no longer be under CPO in December. Been a great vehicle - no issues. It has about 74000 miles on it. I'm trying to be a grown up and not buy another car every 2 years if it doesn't make sense. Ill need to do about $4k in 80k service and worst case all brakes next time it goes into the shop. I've never had a non Porsche warranty on my Porsches so I don't know much about it.

I drive about 20k miles per year. What are my options for an extended warranty that will get me to 150k with a good company? About what would the cost be? What companies do you guys recommend?

My other option is to wait and search and wait and search for a CPO Macan Turbo with Burmester that will last me the next 3ish years. That is like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow when you want a good deal. Or almost any deal.
