Please be careful around Woodfield (includes Streets too)
From another board in reference to last Thursday (8/9/07):
For what it's worth, I was out with the NOTFWD guys supporting our S2000 owners at an S2Ki meet. Strangely enough we had *zero* problems 
Through an odd coincidence (last week was a busy week), the Supras were out in force too (Chicago 2007, their annual midwest meet/event) and of course all this was before HIN:Nightshift this weekend.
I think the cops were just getting annoyed at the situation, not necessarily individuals.
We can relate as to why property management/retailers/security/and authorities are annoyed, heck we reported on it last year through our sister org JGTCA:

I know all about it. We were kicked out of a sub-Hooters parking lot at 12:30am this monday night...
Cops and all. Even though they asked us what the video cameras were for. "We're videotaping the scenary."
cop "Oh, there is nothing out there but cornfields."
"Alright, we'll leave."
(And there were about 20 of us... and half of which had cars well over 550hp)

"its happening".I think the threat of a free ride in a squad/jail-time would've stopped me, but when the cop asked what the video cameras were for I would've been tempted to reply:
"clearly we're baking cakes with them, that's what you use video cameras for, right occifer?"
or maybe...
"to make sure overzealous police officers know they're on tape and that footage will be published to youtube.com within hours"
