Here's some pictures today from a police escorted cruise from Napleton Porsche to the Autobahn CC Historic Races... great time!

Wow thats sweet the police do that. I will have to get details on that for next year as I recently became a Chicagoian, not sure if thats right or not.

Seriously, there were no laws broken, and it kept 60 or more cars together so they could man the intersections and let us through in one group. They had a drivers meeting before we left giving us some guidelines on the route we would take, and that speeding would not be tolerated. Also, with the police presence nobody was tempted to get crazy and drive unsafely on the road. It was a good deal, and more fun than I thought it would be.

And at the track, they let us all as a group get some track time for about 35 mins at lunch... some of us got our ya-ya's out on the track.
