Cayenne Winter Setup

Curious as to how any of you Cayenne owners handle Colo winters? I'm running summer tire on 20" wheels right now, thinking of either getting smaller rims and a set of winter-specific tires (Blizzaks?) or just swapping out the rubber on the 20s. Not sure how the 20s will fare in the snow...

Any insights appreciated.

Steve

I run 20" summers, and 19" Pirelli ice and snows for winter. Has been a great setup.

I picked up a set of stock touareg 19's off craigslist for $400 and run blizzaks.

they're not pretty, but very functional

I run 20s in the summer and 18s in the winter. I have a set of 18" OEM Cayenne S wheels for my winter tires, and I am currently using Michelin Latitude Alpin N1 tires. They are very good.

Not answering the original OP specifically as it's been a while but the follow ups still apply to this. I run the same set up year around because half the year we have potential snow. So, no point to be changing them around every 6 months. I'm on my second Cayenne and have seen NO point in changing the set up around UNLESS you are off-roading during the Summer.
