Hey all,

just wanted to share my experience in dealing with Moe. Quite simply amazing!!

I ordered my stuff a while back, but I also wanted to get a PC. Moe arranged to get the PC shipped to him and then shipped the whole package to me. I was going to be away for awhile, so I asked that he hold the shipment until I returned. No problem at all. It all arrived fairly contemporaneously with my return, exactly as requested.

When I was looking at making an order, Moe suggested we talk on the phone. He spoke to me for quite a while, patiently guiding me through what I was going to need based upon my goals and (utter) lack of experience. He has suggested that I'm welcome to call him up with any questions I may have and he has been extremely prompt in returning email inquiries. I felt so comfortable with him that I had no issues in accepting his recommendations for 'the trinity'. I gave him my budget and he did not try to upsell me from that figure.

Moe is a businessman, but he's certainly no 'used car salesman'! At no time did I feel any pressure to buy now or even that I was obliged to buy from him. I might have been just kicking tires, but he did not mind talking with me and providing me with all the information I was seeking. In fact he made several suggestions as to where I could get some supplies I would need. I like the way he does business and I have no hesistation in recommending him.

Thanks Moe. I can't wait to get some pics of my car in 'Glistening Perfection'!

Thanks Superfly. I'm glad everything arrived in great condition. It was a pleasure doing business with you also. I try very hard to LISTEN to what my clients, or potential clients, say. Because if you just listen, it makes life so much easier. Instead of selling things I THINK you want, I sell you things I KNOW want and NEED. That's a WIN-WIN for both of us. Plus, I'm in this business for the long-haul and you don't build relationships on one sale. In our world today, the art of customer service is a dying phenomenon. I may not be the cheapest, I try and match anyone's deal, but I make sure you've received world-class customer service EVERY time. Remember this, just because you get a good "deal" somewhere, doesn't mean you'll get the support to go with it. The sponsors here on 6speed are a class-act.
