Phosphate-Free and Biodegradable Car Shampoo

There was an article in the KC Star yesterday about washing cars in the driveway:
http://www.kansascity.com/living/home/story/566943.html

My question .... Which of the popular car shampoos are phosphate-free and biodegradable? I know Einszett Perls is phosphate-free and biodegradable (http://www.1z-usa.com/carwash.html). What about Zymol Clear? P21S Bodywork Shampoo?

EVERY Zymol product has been a natural and enviro-safe product since inception in 1983. Zymol is the only car care company in the world that specifies the ingredients in every product. The problem that most cities have is not the product, rather the oil, grimme, and dirt that comes off the car and goes into the storm drains. My suggestion is why not have a filtration system put in place prior to the water going into the ocean? Because we've had some cases here in SoCal where people are no longer allowed to wash their cars; most still do.

Most of the higher end stuff is going to be "green".

Most of the Zymol stuff is almost safe to eat.
