Thanks for the congrats Gretta I did get your order and it was shipped today. As for the zymol brushes, it's been a known issue for some time and I've been telling my clients to call zymol direct, and let them know. They will probably do a good job of taking care of you and anything you're not happy about. After sending client many, many, many brushes, it just got to the point where I felt we weren't fixing the problem, just putting a band-aid on it. By you letting them know, hopefully they'll come up with a better design. I still think it's the best brush on the market, just wished it lasted longer. What other things broke?
