What does a detailers insurance cover? Does it cover any damage to a car that a detailer caused? Are their any limitations or things not covered?

Anyone experience damage from a detailer and have their insurace cover the repairs?

just curious seems like detailers pay a lot for the insurance and want to know if it actually pays out.

 

It depends on the particular policy/coverage.

Garage keepers and general liability are common types which cover damage while working and moving/transporting the vehicle. Coverage and location will vary, but $500-$1500 per year seems fairly average.
