wheel cleaning

I have a set of PG3 wheels (only 1 year old) with polished and clearcoated lip. The lip is not shiny anymore. I have tried most wheel cleaners and tried some chrome polish but nothing restores the original shine. Any suggestions. Thanks.

soon2be thanks for the help. My only concern is that this wenol will damage the wheels or peel off the clear coat. I am not sure if the product is made for a clear coat base. Let me know what you think.
