I have a 1986 911 Cab with the two tone black/anodized Fuchs wheels. The black paint is beginning to fade & look a little tired. I would like to mask off the tire/rim to paint the wheels. I would like to know if there is a specific paint type that is recommended. Also, the Porsche logo center cap is peeling. Is this something that can be repainted.
I would appreciate anyone's advice who has tackled this.

 

Get new centercaps, there cheap.

THe whole wheel is anodized, so I would just have them redone, & not use paint.
