Just wanted to pass along some information, I saw a few post of people looking for creditable shop in NY/NJ/CT area that can install's Clear Bra, and other post of people looking for good detail shop well found one that does both. I wanted to pass on my experience with this shop we all know how hard it is to find reputable shop that we can entrust our cars to. About three weeks back started searching for company to install clear bra on my 2011 IS-F, I finally came across Executive Paint Protection www.execpaintpro.com and it's owner Doug what great guy extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. Once I explanded to him what I was looking for he began to review the different films available such as 3M, Venture, Xpel, Clear Steel and the pros and cons of each film.

We then went over pricing, Doug was aggressive on his pricing very reasonable no need to resort to hangling over the price. Doug then brough me over to show me how they apply clear bra on customer car. I'm extremely happy with install by Executive Paint Protection I highly recommend them. I hope this help anyone looking for good shop.

I covered the following areas front bumper,hood, leading edge of front fenders, rear portion of front fenders, lower rear quarter panels,and mirrors. I went with Clear Steel, cost between $750 and $950 depending on coverage.

 

Thanks for the info. Did you cover the full hood? or just the first couple inches of it? Also, what made you go with Clear Steel over other brands? I assume this was custom wrap job instead of pre-cut kits right?

I did bikini cut on for now it covers about 20 inch of hood, I'll be doing something a little different this spring and will have the entire hood done.

I went with Clear Steel for several reason, it comes with Clear Coat finish the type of Clear Coat that go's on car, zero orange peel like you get with Top Coat finish, crystal clear, comes with lifetime warranty not 5 year like most company's so if you do keep you car longer than 5 years and some happens with film you get replace no question asked.

At EPP they have computer program with vast array of car's, you tell them what car you want done E.P.P will then cut the film using GraphicPic 64 Plotter on the spot for a perfect fit, it can cut up to 60 inch wide piece of film. So you can do an entire hood,roof,fender, quarter panels etc all in one piece.
