Keep in mind that i am on East Coast time and Moe is on west coast time.
I sent him an email early this morning around 9:30 or 10am EST (which is about 6:30am or 7am in California time). I wasn't expecting immediate response as it is early and also my reason for sending email, so he can answer at his conv.

Anyway, within 20 minutes i got an email from Moe and some suggestions.
Spring is around the corner and I need my detailing supplies. Moe is so on top of his game that I am always amazed. In any business the seller is part of the deal IMHO. What i really admire about Moe is his honesty and never pushing a product on you.

So the skinny is I can't wait to get my supplies and really happy with the Superb service I got from Moe. Competetive pricing and friendly services at no extra cost.

 

Thanks Raja for your business. Even though I'm on the west coast, I gotta keep up with my clients on the east coast. I'm usually up around 5 or 530 everyday. What's nice about you guys is you're in bed around 9-10...I'm still up around 12-1 AM

I have to give a +1 for Moe as well. I recently asked him about a detailer in my area and he did not know of any but he spent his valuable time discussing my needs and suggesting some solutions that I'm still going through...thanks Moe
