Removing scuff marks from protective film

I recently had the opportunity to partake in some hot laps and must of kicked up some debris from the track as there are now a couple of scuff marks on the transparent plastic protective film in front of the rear wheel arch.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove these marks?

I had heard that TTR from Premier would do the trick but this product is not available in Australia. Thanks.

Try using a mild polish first...it usually does the trick.
