Leather conditioning with dev. Stitching help

Can anyone give pointers on how to condition interior leather without damaging deviated stitching? Any tips would be helpful.

Finished leather used in automobiles doesn't require oil-based condioners. Mix oil and dirt, which is abrasive and this will compromise stitching.

So what kind of leather does Porsche use in its leather interiors? And what do you recommend using to clean & condition?
