Black wrap on chrome, complex part?

I'm considering wrapping the chrome lower grill in my Touareg. It's a round, slightly fluted shape, and I'm wondering what those of you who are familiar with wrapping items think about the complexity, process and matrial I should use? Thanks.

Consider PlastiDipping the chrome. I have a client that has done it to his Toureg and it looks really cool

Thanks, Mo. I tried plastidip on a lower valance, and it didn't hold at all...the valance was poly and this is chrome, so different there, but I wonder how it held for your customer after a few washes? Also, I bought it by can at Home Depot, I think, so maybe there's a different/better version? If that worked well, it would be ideal...but from that last experience, not confident it would hold on a slick surface...
