Hi everyone, does anyone know how to use ValueGaurd PF. I know there are three step. Part a,b, and c. I try research around, but didn't have any luck in the search engine. I see a few people talk about it, but doesn't really say how to use it. Some said it can't be a spray on, some say it can't be a wipe on and wipe off, then how do I apply it on the car? I'm confuse with those two answers. Thank you.
