Scratched plastic door sills

I have read several threads on the scratch repair for the stainless door sills. Is there any way to remove scratches from the plastic, short of replacement? I'd like to repair and then protect it with a bra material. Just picked up a 2012 Black Edition 997 Cab. Also have a new Turbo S, but no scratches on that one...yet.

I'm assuming I need a pro to do the Venture Shield on the sills?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, once plastic is scratched it is not repairable. You will need to replace your plastic bits.

However, if it is gloss plastic and scratched/mared/swirled you are able to polish it.

Hope this helps!
