Need a painter in So. Fla.

Oh no. My car got a serious scratch. Right down to the metal.

I went to Stuttgart but I'd like to compare with a few other places. Any recommendations. I live in Boca but I'd certainly be willing to travel a bit for my baby.

Stuttgart wants to strip and repaint the entire quarter panel. I am worried because the car was repainted after all the exterior mods. I think the new paint isn't exactly like the stock yellow (I notice a slight variation between the paint and the door handles which weren't painted). Plus with age I figure the paint is bound to have changed a little in tone. So now I wonder if repainting the panel is better than blending.

Anybody have experience with this?

I just had all my CSL parts painted and installed at First Class Coachworks in Pompano Beach. They are Ferrari and Maserati certified and do top notch work IMO...
Contact John Schreppel - 954.785.3784 and tell him Fred with the M3 sent ya...
Be prepared to wait a bit as they are super busy, but I am certain the end result will be worth it.
Good luck.

Fred.

Just called John. He told me they are booked until August!!!!! He told me you were waiting since November. WOW. Biz is good.

Anyway, he said he'll take a look on Saturday. Maybe he can squeeze me in sooner.

Thanks for the lead.

No problem - I told ya they were swamped...
yes, I had my parts sitting there since November, but my patience paid off - they do excellent work... just close your eyes when you go into the back shop area - i've never seen more twisted ferrari's, p-cars etc...

Hey Fred, My car is sitting at First Class Coachworks in Pompano Beach awaiting a paint job. They are authorized Ferrari and Massarati painters.

Who was your guy?
