I am mailing a 7 lb radiator to Kuwait. The cost is about $250 via USPS. I checked with Fedex and UPS, which are $500-600.

Any other better mailing option that won't cost an arm and a leg?

Also, is there anything I should watch out for? The buyer seems a little sketchy. I will have signature and insurance.
