I was told that it is best to drive the car always in RACE mode as it shifts faster and results in less wear on the clutch. Can someone please give some more insight on this? Has anyone else heard this before? Thx.

Might be better off asking somebody over at F-chat. I usually leave mine in Sport Mode in normal driving.

I can see the logic of Race Mode though. It in theory would cause less "slip" and accordingly less wear on the clutch.
