Yes, it is all original.

For supposedly being the last produced CS, and its low mileage, and rare beautiful color, I think this car could be offered at $220K and still be a bargain. I guess it all depends on what the potential buyer thinks of the color. I've seen this car in person and it is amazing.

Are you guys sure its not a Dubai car? A few years ago when I was looking, I found a few CSs that came out of Dubai. They are made for the US market but sold there. My dealer advised me not to buy one even if you can purchase it for $10K-$30K cheaper.
