The Ferrari's have been sold all together to dutch Ferrari importer Frits Kroymans.
The price: about 7,5 milion euros for 31 cars

 

That'll but a lot of art.

Atleast Frits can say he picked up an Enzo for $242,000... Hell of a deal!

I was at Kroymans yesterday and they told me it's less than 33 cars (I think he said 21 but can't remember exactly) - 2 of them will go into the collection and the others will be sold at the Kroymans dealership. Some interesting cars for sure, I'm curious what they will ask for the CS

 

if they were all mine in red colors in my garage.i will be tired of driving "the same cars"every day..
art is not just painting...and it costs alots more than cars...11m may be just buy afew or one piece..and its really a collectable item..cars are not really...just big toy...

EDIT..yes..everyone is diffrent in many ways.....how many cars Bill Gates have?however he is buying YAHOOOOOO!!!

 

All great stuff... but also very biased to the contemporary. Maybe he should dabble in some vintage Ferrari "art"... maybe something w/ provenance, or racing pedigree...

 

Someone with that collection shouldn't have to sell any Ferrari, let alone 51, to buy some art.


To me, it's tough to beat his collection in terms of ART.
