i'm a die hard fan of the F355... love the classic ferrari lines.. i'm in the market for one ( but dude this is india and only 3 here!!)

355 was the car that made me really love ferraris. best sounding car ever IMO. Only problem now is they look so dated next to the 360/430. They're definitely getting cheap here in the states but for India there's too many variables. It could easily cost 5 times what it costs here due to the lack of cars available, not to mention any import taxes on cars which raise the initial purchase price substantially.

 

Who will service that car for you in India? Tata motors?

A 355 can require considerable service so you might want to consider something that is readily serviceable there.

How about Tata's acquisition of the new Jaguar XF sedan? I have been in one. It's quite nice.

 

F355B is my favourite ferrari.

 

F355 is a classic - will go down in history IMO.
No car screams Ferrari more than an F355.

 

For a nice F355 Spider, expect to pay GBP 45,000.

 

I owned a 1999 355 F1 Spider for a year and it was a great car, but it's pretty old at this point, and there can be some expensive maintenance issues. if I were doing it again I would'nt go older than a 360.

Honestly aside from the f40 and a couple real classics, it's my favorite. I adore the look and sound of that car.

I've lost sleep thinking about that car.
