I had a gallardo.. great car.. had no issues with it, much better choice over a 360.. but I would go with a 430 over the gallardo also... when Im in the market for another exotic.. I will be looking at the 430's.. I like them better then the gallardo's... and there are too many gallardo's around.. its almost like a corvette now.

I went from a 996tt to 997S to F430. I also had a 997tt along with the F430. Be prepared to spend much more for maintenance as others have already mentioned here. F430 is not good as a daily driver, but for weekend drives the level of excitement cannot compare. If you can afford it, definitely worth it for the experience. After owning the F430 for about a year and a half(putting on 8000 miles of canyon driving) I went back to a P car, a 997 GT3. Personally, I felt that I got almost all of the driving excitement of a F430 from the GT3, but without the maintenance/cost issues and the drama. However, if you enjoy some attention you will get plenty with the F430. Total strangers will waive to you as you drive by.
