I've seen it in some.
So, I guess its an option.

Yes, they're available as an option.

Just because they're available don't get over confident and try to drive a 599 in the snow akin to Roger Moore in that Lotus in Spy Who Loved Me. 599 = worst snow car ever. Buddy got caught in the snow in his. Had to abandon it at a McDonalds parking lot off the Long Island Expressway. Still smells like McNuggets.

I have the perforated side bolsters and the contrasting red leather inlays but for the life of me can't figure out the where the heat control is.

The seat heater switch is slightly hidden.
Its located where the power switches for moving the seat are normally found..

There are 4 sets of switches for everything except heating, Is there a hidden touch pannel?

No problem there, I only have the seats from the car and I'm trying to figure out the best thing to do with them. Without heating they will become new office chairs.
