$80-85K... assuming clean carfax, good-to-excellent condition.

the sunroof is a real detractor on 360s for some reason. they are rare, but no one wants them. I would say the asking price is in line if it didn't have a sunroof. $80-85 with it assuming all records, clean PPI, and all keys and fobs sounds in line.

personally, unless you plan on driving it into the ground and not reselling it, I'd look for a car without a sunroof. they don't sell very easily.
