new to the forum; looking to get 05 Scaglietti with 970mis, any concerns or reliability issues (cam belt) i should look out for or in the future? have never owned a Ferrari before (looking forward to it if deal goes thru). TIA for replys

 

I have an 05 612. It is a great car. Mine has about 16k miles on it now and has been pretty much worry free. Make sure that the clutch position sensor recall was done and that the car has had its oil changed regularly. You are about due for a timing belt service based on time but with that kind of mileage, I would suggest waiting a couple of years unless for some reason it shows wear or is dry/cracking. Get a good PPI and get a clutch snap done to know the wear on it. It should be less than 10% with that mileage.

Enjoy the car. They are very unique and really special to drive.
