Law is a fine line in Europe but I got away with this.

Talking to Alex Roy a couple years ago, he said the reason his car says "Polizei" on it rather then "Police" was because there are pretty strict laws about impersonating a police officer in the US. He found out the hard way I think.

However, since a large majority of ambulance companies in the US are actually privately owned and run, I don't think the owner will have much to worry about in this case. Besides, out of all the laws the Gumballers are going to break along their journey, I'm sure this will be the last of anyone's worries....lol.

In the UK you definitely can't roll blue lights, strobes, battenburg livery, reflective graphics or the word police. With everything else you still risk getting felt by the long arm of the law..
