That's great. It is just too bad that you can't buy one ... I was told three years to wait.

I would love to get a Ferrari but I am not interested in playing the Ferrari Dealers game.

15Gs for brakes!! DAMN!! and I htought the Porsche PCCB was bad...
What was markup from coupe to Spider on the 360?
This car may not be financially feasible anymore - was looking at a loaded 430 Spider F1 but if it is in the 220K range Id rather get somehting else...

No Mercy....why call it a game?

F-dealers only get so many cars alotted based on prior sales. They are forbidden by contract to sell cars over MSRP. They contact their most loyal past customers first to assure immediate pre-sale of their alottment (and then order to spec.) The loyal customers make the buy at MSRP, put a few hundred miles on the cars, and then sell them as "used" at going market price to those who can't wait or aren't loyal past customers (with dealer as the consigner. )

Fundamentally, these dealers use the best customers as a finance arm for their business. Ever visit a Ferrari dealer with an inventory of NEW cars? It doesn't happen.

While some don't like it, it is just supply and demand economics at play. Limited production and high demand. I reward my best customers in my business all the time.
