I am helping my father out - he has a friend who is selling and my father is looking to buy... he asked me to help him out in determining the value... the seller has it priced at 40k .....

so thoughts comments ? ... is that a fair price .. ?

Seller claims the car has always been garage kept ... in perfect condition.. always well maintained etc etc .....

First thing you'll need to find out is if it's up to date on maintenance. FNA recommends t-belt changes every 3yrs regardless of miles so if it needs a major service the price should reflect it.
