termsheet is infamous around these parts
458 Stradale

Looked at a 458 Italia today. Wondered if anyone had any idea when the more hardcore variant will come out. Also wondered if any in-the-know Ferrari fans had any ideas on specs. I'm debating between buying a normal 458 Italia now or waiting for something more aggressive. Any knowledge is appreciated.

Buy the normal one and call UGR, unless you keep your cars stock. Either way I hope you have a blast.

The Stradale/Scuderia version of the 458 is at least a couple of years out. So far as I know they have not yet announced it, even. That said, if history is any guide, the "special" versions typically come towards the last 1/3rd of the model's lifespan. This is, in part, calculated to help them sell off the remaining inventory even though they've announced the model's replacement. If/when I hear, I'll pass it along...
