RED or BLACK 430 Spider??

Trying to get opinions on which color...I am passionate about both:

1. 2005 black on black with yellow piping on seats with yellow calipers
5000 miles
CF steering wheel
CF driving zone
Grey Scuderia wheels

2. 2006 red on beige with black piping on seats with red calipers
5000 miles
CF driving zone
CF rear challenge grill
Challenge wheels

Both cars look pretty much new with excellent records.

I would go with black it will look incredible with yellow piping and calipers (maybe im a bit partial ;-)). Red is really nice too so you can't really go wrong especially with that car. Good luck with your choice.

Mine is black so I am partial, my previous toy was a Red 911TT Cab. So I like both colors!

Both cars look like nice examples.

GL with your choice!

The red is much easier to keep clean and will be the better resale color. If they are the same price the red is a better buy. The beige interior won't cook you when the top is down like the black will.

That Red on Beige is so gorgeous words cannot describe it.
But hey just my lowly opinion
I personally don't like black interiors

Boxzing is infamous around these parts
If youre into carbon fiber and plan to do up ur interior with carbon, black interior is better for matching/blending than tan

Me . I was 100% adament that my Ferrari be rosso corsa and nero interior with red stitch. Quite hard to find one, the vast majority of red Ferrari's have tan interior.

My other two cars are black. I will say that it is a real treat to have a red car for a change not only for some color to look at, but it is fantastic how long a red car can stay looking clean compared to black! I do love black, especially when freshly washed, but three black cars is too much for me and I LOVE rosso corsa! Next color to the stable: Quantum Silver .

Also, please note the difference between Ferrari's Rosso Corsa and Rosso Scuderia. Rosso corsa is a deeper, fuller red. Rosso Scuderia is a brighter red that takes on orange hues in the sunlight. Rosso scuderia is used by the F1 team to pop on camera. However, Rosso corsa also plays orange tricks with cameras, although not as much the naked eye, as you can see below...

See the pics.

First one is a Rosso Scuderia CS and you can see what the sun does vs shade. Still harder to perceive to the naked eye than as captured by photo.

Second one is RS on left and RC on right. Makes RS look nasty, but I assure you it isn't.

Third: My car from one angle looking deep red (RC)

Fourth: My car from same angle/time looking orange (RC). I've never perceived my car to look this shade in real life before, regardless of sunlight angle, so I can assure you that cameras somehow pick up this change much more dramatically than you can discern in person.

Fifth: RS and RC inside garage without sunlight.

Can't go wrong with either, just know you have a choice .

Red = classic
Black = hip and cool.

If you pass on the black, please shoot me a PM.

Mike thank you very much. I've seen other pics of your car and it is a fine specimen with a great interior. I originally was going to get a Rossa Scuderia because I loved that color over the Rossa Corsa. There are 2 Rossa Scuderia Spiders out there with black interio - one has black piping and the other has red piping.
The only issues is they both have manual Daytonas. It's funny how picky one becomes with all the minor details. Also one does not have a CF steering wheel.
Other concern is Rossa Scuderia seems harder to resale than Corsa. Seems everyone wants Corsa.
I agree that red is classic and black is more the hip/cool color.
I am 95% going with black... But you never know......
