F430 sport header heat shield question
Hello F430 owners,
I got a question about sport headers for the 430. I would like to change my headers to sport headers without precat. There are different companies offering these headers. Capristo offers with a heat shield and others donīt offer them with heat shields. Is it really necessary to protect the engine by using a header wrap or ceramic coating. If yes, what did you do and why. In Germany no one can really answer this question. Thanks for your help.
